School management platform

Modular school infrastructure that grows with the institution
A multi-tenant school management platform for managing students, teachers, classes, attendance, results, and operations through a unified digital ecosystem.
For school administrators, teachers, and IT teams that need a platform tailored to their specific operational domains — not a monolithic system that forces every school into the same workflow.

Zenrith Edu is a modular school management platform built on a domain-separated architecture. Instead of a single monolithic system, each operational domain — attendance, homework, examinations, fees, timetables, leave management, communication — is an independent, deployable module. Schools adopt only the modules they need, and unused domains don't add UI clutter or configuration overhead.
Each module has its own data access layer, validation rules, and role-specific interface. This means attendance tracking can evolve independently from fee processing, and examination workflows don't share state with homework submission unless explicitly connected. Schools that need deep functionality in one area and light coverage in another are not forced into a one-size-fits-all compromise.
The multi-tenant architecture separates institutional data at the storage layer while sharing the application kernel — meaning every school gets the same core reliability and security updates without custom forks. Domain modules communicate through well-defined interfaces, so adding or replacing a module never risks destabilising the rest of the platform.
Capabilities
Organize classes, assign teachers, and manage subjects with structured tools designed for academic administration.
Teachers assign homework and maintain daily diary entries. Students and parents receive updates with due dates and descriptions.
Daily attendance marking with present, absent, leave, and late statuses. Records are maintained per student per class.
Schedule examinations, record marks, calculate grades, and provide students and parents with result visibility.
Define fee structures per class, process payments, track outstanding balances, and maintain receipt records.
In-app notifications, chat between teachers and students, and school-wide announcements keep everyone informed.
Role-based design
Zenrith Edu provides distinct interfaces for each participant in the school ecosystem, with capabilities aligned to their responsibilities.
School-wide management including user creation, class and subject setup, fee structure configuration, examination scheduling, news publishing, and operational oversight across all departments.
Class-level tools for assigning homework, writing daily diary entries, marking attendance, recording results, managing leave applications, and communicating with students through direct messaging.
Access to homework assignments, diary entries, attendance records, exam results, online tests, fee payment status, timetable, leave applications, and direct communication with teachers.
View-only access to linked children's data including attendance, homework, results, fee records, and timetable — designed to keep parents informed without administrative overhead.

Engineering approach
Zenrith Edu is engineered on a layered architecture that separates presentation, state management, data access, and infrastructure layers. Each domain — classes, homework, attendance, results, fees, and others — is implemented as an independent module with its own data access layer, ensuring that changes to one domain do not ripple through others.
The platform is designed for multi-tenant deployment, where each school operates as an isolated tenant with its own data boundary. Every data operation is scoped to the tenant context, ensuring that institutions using the platform never have visibility into another school's data.
Quality assurance is integrated into the development lifecycle. The platform includes comprehensive testing across unit tests, widget tests, and security rule tests, with observability infrastructure for monitoring application health in production environments.
