Ride-hailing platform
In active development & testingPublished June 2026
Transparent ride-hailing built on bilateral fare negotiation
A ride-hailing platform for real-time ride matching, negotiation, and GPS tracking. Multi-app architecture connecting passengers, drivers, and administrators.
For passengers who want predictable pricing and drivers who want a fairer share — without opaque surge algorithms deciding what either party pays.

Zenrith Ride replaces opaque surge pricing with a bilateral fare negotiation model. When a passenger requests a ride, the platform surfaces the base fare calculated from distance, time, and current demand — and both the passenger and nearby drivers see the same number. Drivers can accept at the listed fare, counter with their own proposed rate within a bounded range, or decline. Passengers see all offers and choose based on price, driver rating, and ETA — not an algorithm they cannot inspect.
For passengers, this means predictable fares without surprise multipliers. The fare breakdown — distance charge, time component, platform fee — is itemized before booking, and the final price never exceeds the initial quote unless the route changes by mutual agreement. For drivers, it means transparent earnings: every trip's payout is calculated from the same formula the passenger sees, and daily earnings reports show exactly how each fare was derived.
The platform enforces protective bounds on the negotiation range — drivers cannot quote above a calculated ceiling, and passengers cannot bid below a calculated floor — ensuring that negotiation remains a tool for fairness, not a race to the bottom. Real-time GPS tracking, rider OTP verification, and in-trip emergency contacts are built into every ride regardless of the fare model.
Capabilities
Passengers book rides, negotiate fares, track drivers in real time, and manage trip history through an intuitive mobile interface.
Drivers receive ride requests, view earnings and daily reports, access heat maps for demand insights, and manage availability on the go.
Platform operators manage users, monitor live rides, review fraud cases, configure commissions, and access operational analytics.
Live GPS tracking provides passengers with driver location updates, ETAs, and route visibility throughout every trip.
Passengers send ride offers, drivers can accept, reject, or counter — creating a transparent pricing experience for both sides.
Ride OTP verification, SOS emergency alerts, trip sharing, and continuous driver verification are built into the platform.
Role-based design
Zenrith Ride provides distinct application experiences for each participant in the ride ecosystem.
Book rides, negotiate fares in real time, track driver location, share trips with trusted contacts, access ride history, and manage saved places through a streamlined mobile experience.
Manage online status, receive ride requests, negotiate fares, navigate to pickup and drop-off locations, track earnings, view daily and weekly reports, and access demand heat maps.
Monitor live rides and driver activity, manage user accounts and verifications, configure commission structures, review fraud cases, access operational analytics, and manage platform settings.
Support staff and operations teams manage ride disputes, handle customer inquiries, review driver verification documents, and access audit trails for compliance and investigation.
Architecture overview
How Zenrith Ride connects customers, drivers, and administrators through a unified ride-hailing platform.
Engineering approach
Zenrith Ride is engineered on a multi-application architecture where customer, driver, and admin interfaces share a common backend infrastructure. Each application is independently deployable while maintaining consistent data integrity and real-time synchronization across all participants.
The platform is designed for real-time coordination at scale. Ride matching, location updates, fare negotiations, and status transitions are processed with low latency, ensuring that all participants share accurate, up-to-date information throughout every ride lifecycle.
Quality assurance is integrated into the development lifecycle. The platform includes comprehensive testing across unit tests, widget tests, integration tests, and security rule tests, with observability infrastructure for monitoring application health in production environments.
