Use this form to ask Zenrith about personal data we handle as a controller — for example website inquiries, business correspondence, or analytics choices. If your request concerns a school's Zenrith Edu records, the school is usually the controller and should be contacted first; this page explains how that works.
You do not need an account to submit a request. You can also withdraw analytics consent immediately using the Cookie Policy controls or the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer; that does not require this form.
Zenrith Edu is provided to schools. For student, parent, teacher, and school-administrator records, the school decides what data is collected and why. In that setting the school is normally the data controller and Zenrith acts as its processor. Requests to access, correct, or delete school records should therefore go to the school first.
If you are a student or parent and cannot resolve the request with the school, you can still contact us. Tell us the school name and the nature of the request. We will explain our role, contact the school where appropriate, and help the school fulfil the request. We will not disclose one school's records to another person or school.
Read the School Service Agreement and the Data Processing Addendum for the controller/processor allocation.
We may need to confirm that you are the person the data relates to, or that you are authorised to act for them. Verification is proportionate to the sensitivity of the request. We may ask you to reply from the email address associated with the request, confirm details we already hold, or, for higher-risk requests, provide limited additional evidence through a separate channel.
We will never ask for your account password, app PIN, one-time code, or full identity documents by email or through this form. If you receive such a request and it appears to come from Zenrith, treat it as suspicious and contact us using the details on this page.
If we cannot verify a request, we will explain why and what alternative route may be available. We may decline or limit a request where the law permits, and we will tell you the reason.
We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex or involves another organisation, we may extend that period where the law allows and will explain the delay. The acknowledgement email is not the final response.
Do not include passwords, app PINs, one-time codes, payment card details, bank credentials, or copies of CNIC, Form-B, passports, or other identity documents in this form. We do not need them to begin a request, and sending them increases the risk to you. If verification is required, we will tell you what is strictly necessary and how to provide it safely.
Please also avoid including another person's sensitive information, such as a child's records or a third party's contact details, unless it is necessary to explain your request.
This form depends on email delivery. If it reports that delivery is unavailable, your request has not been recorded. In that case, email zenrith.hq@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Include the type of request, your relationship to Zenrith, and enough detail for us to understand what you need. Do not include passwords, PINs, or identity documents.
If you are unable to use email, write to ZENRITH (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, Pakistan, and we will provide an alternative method. A postal address for legal notices is not yet published; use the email address above until one is available.
If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, tell us first so we can review it. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not claim that a particular authority supervises Zenrith; the competent authority depends on the law that applies to you and to the processing.
